This property is a beautiful place to stay among lots of green and beach right in front. A very well-maintained property. I love their restaurant. The menu is very cosmopolitan. Each day, they offer one of a kind "special dish". Price is slightly higher than reasonable range but their food tastes and looks awesome.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we highly recommend this place, it has all it takes to make your trip, a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the stay, ambience, food, people..... everything. All the crew members were very supportive and helpful. This is definitely one of the best place at Palolem beach no matter what room type you choose. Would love to visit again.

We stayed in Ciarans for 6 nights in an A/C sea view Hut and that's exactly what we got..the view was beautiful and we were 10 steps from our balcony to the beach. They had sun loungers for guests and beach towels were available at reception at no extra charge. They had 2 restaurants, we are breakfast here every morning and thought it was very reasonably priced and the service was great everytime, each waitor was attentive and friendly. We had dinner in Ciarans 3 evenings and it did not disappoint. Their coffee was really good and they had a great range of cocktails on the menu. We were right on the beach so noise levels are something to consider, in particular, there are many dogs (friendly) on the beach and they seemed to come alive at night with lots of barking throughout the night. This is our of the control of Ciarans I'm sure but just something to note if you are a light sleeper.

Slight issues checking in (early hours) but Karma, our room, super spacious with both AC and ceiling fans. Good bathroom hidden behind a bookcase! Staff smiley and food in restaurant good. Right on the beach with plenty of live music on offer.

Only room. No other facilities. Not even an electric kettle for yea or coffee. They don't have dedicated parking and the one which they suggest is the paid parking. We spent. Rs 600 just for parking our car after paying 21000 for 3 nights. …

Fantastic food Great location on the beach Palolem.is a bit crowded though and the view in the front is killed with all the boats But the restaurant is great. Loved the veg options!

Loved the places. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay a pleasant experience. On the last day the property manager ( Neha) even offered to drop my by the bus stop seeing I was travelling solo. She even went out of her way to drop me by the location and made sure of my safety. It wasn’t too much, but such sweet gestures do make you feel nice. Actually I had forgotten about the trip but that one act made me remember the trip again and hence Im writing this review. Overall amazing place, amazing people, Rooms, food, location. Highly recommended!
